The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Structure, Authorities and Peculiarities of Legal and Economic Status of the Property Complex of "Masandra" National Industrial-Agrarian Association"

The Law determines structure, authorities and management bodies of the National Industrial-Agrarian Association "Masandra", peculiarities of legal regime of management of land and other governmental property in the ownership of the association and participating entrepreneurs.

Pursuant to the Law, "the National Industrial-Agrarian Association "Masandra" is a State statutory association in the form of a concern acting as a legal successor of "Masandra" Industrial-Agrarian Association, the property of which is transferred to the books of the former entity".

Relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No. 0897.
